  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Non-refundable items: gift cards, final sale items, items returned after 30 days.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect → covered by Morrocci
  • Other returns → customer is responsible

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 business day of purchase. Contact support@morrocci.com immediately to request changes.

7️⃣ What if my item is defective or damaged?

Contact support@morrocci.com within 5 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and cover shipping for defective or damaged items.

8️⃣ Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, Morrocci gift cards are available online. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
